The shipping time for Model B-havior takes 2-5 business days and 7-10 business days for Pre-Order Items from the time the payment is received and processed. -Holidays are not included in these shipping dates.

What is your refund policy?

Model B-havior offers a refund in the form of a store credit. Customer will receive a full refund via a store credit once item is returned within 15 days. Customer will cover the return shipping cost. Item is to be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the tags attached.
